Learn Africa Scholarship

The 2024 Learn Africa Scholarship Program is now accepting applications from African female students. These scholarships are provided by universities in Spain and cover a lot of expenses, including travel back to the student’s home country, university fees, health insurance, a monthly stipend, housing, and food.

In this article, we explain everything about the program, who can apply, what benefits it offers, what documents are needed, and how to apply to get this scholarship.

Summary of Learn Africa Scholarship:

The Women for Africa Foundation started the Learn Africa Scholarship Program in February 2012, led by María Teresa Fernández de la Vega, the former vice president of Spain. This program offers a wide range of training options – in-person, online, and a mix of both. It aims to help African female students by giving them the choice of how they want to learn based on what fits their life the best.

The program began in 2013 with the goal of helping female African university students learn and grow by offering scholarships from Spanish universities.
