Requirements:
To qualify for the Coca Cola International Leadership Program, candidates must:
- Have a university degree or be willing to commit full-time to the program if still studying
- Show initial leadership experience (jobs, student organizations, NGOs, sports, entrepreneurship, etc.)
- Aim to grow as a leader in either Commercial or Supply Chain roles, making an impact in those areas
- Pursue professional and leadership development (through additional training, seminars, workshops)
- Speak and understand English well
- Have up to 3 years of work experience post-graduation
- Be open to relocating abroad if necessary
- Extra-curricular activities or volunteer work is a plus
- Having lived in more than one country is also beneficial
