Skytrax, a UK-based airline and airport review site, has named Cape Town International Airport in South Africa as the Best African Airport of 2024, on Thursday.
The announcement was made during the 25th World Airport Awards held in Frankfurt, Germany.
The survey, which took place from August 2023 to March 2024, involved participants from over 100 different nationalities.
Following Cape Town International Airport in the rankings is Durban King Shaka Airport, also located in South Africa.
